What skill-building workshops can you provide?

With over 30 years devoted to leadership education & development, there is a broad array of offerings I can provide. From conflict management, to goal setting & keeping agreements, to listening and communication, and many topics in between, I offer a wide curriculum of options.
 

WHY Should I choose Jim STreet to Facilitate my Staff Retreat?

Group facilitation is a natural strength of mine. I enjoy bringing a group closer through conversations, initiatives, and activities. I am not a “rigid” facilitator; my experience with groups allows me to draw on my intuition to read what a group needs at any given time, and I am flexible enough to move in any direction as needed.

An additional strength of mine is navigating difficult conversations with a team in a way that brings about understanding, softens negativity, and lifts up the opportunity for voice and perspective-taking, all while maintaining a civil environment.
